Offer

Mediation
Resolving conflicts and finding joint solutions

In mediation, all parties involved bring their own pieces of the puzzle. I help you sort them, bring hidden pieces to light, and put them together in a way that creates a viable picture for everyone involved.

Conflicts are part of living and working together but sometimes they become entrenched and block cooperation or coexistence.

In mediation, I provide a safe space in which all parties involved can share their perspectives and needs.

I guide you through the process and help you develop solutions that are viable for everyone.

Who can benefit from mediation?

  • Professional teams and working groups
  • Couples and families
  • Neighbors, associations and communities

Your benefits:

  • Deal with conflicts constructively
  • Gain new perspectives
  • Find viable solutions

International Moderation
Organising events professionally and internationally

In moderation, the pieces of the puzzle are usually already in place. With my international expertise, I ensure that all participants can present their pieces and that your event is professionally facilitated.

Sometimes structure, clarity, and a common thread are needed.

As a facilitator, I support groups, teams, or organisations in working together to achieve results: efficiently, in a structured manner, appreciatively, and in a goal-oriented way.

When is moderation useful?

  • (Scientific) workshops and closed-door meetings
  • (International and interdisciplinary) team and strategy processes
  • Decision-making and planning rounds
  • Dialogue and participatory events

Your benefits:

  • All voices are heard
  • Clear process for constructive results
  • Focus on content by relieving the burden of structure and process flow

Conflict Coaching
Gaining clarity and remaining capable of acting

In conflict coaching, we work together to reveal the pieces of your puzzle. I support you in understanding your own needs and developing a clear strategy before you enter into dialogue with others.

Sometimes it is helpful to sort things out on your own, understand your own role, and develop strategies for how to proceed.

In conflict coaching, I help you see the next step more clearly and act with greater confidence.

When is conflict coaching useful?

  • You are stuck in a conflict and don't know how to address it.
  • You want to prepare for a difficult conversation.
  • You need a neutral person to help you sort out your thoughts.
  • You are looking for a way to deal constructively with anger, dissatisfaction, or frustration.

Your benefits:

  • Recognise your own interests, needs, and boundaries more clearly
  • Develop communication strategies
  • Gain self-confidence before a conversation or mediation
